Our
student program follows United States
Parachute Association (USPA) recommendations
and includes a series of Instructor Assisted
Deployment (IAD) jumps followed by
Accelerated Freefall (AFF) jumps.
During the IAD jumps, the student jumps solo
from an aircraft and has their parachute
deployed by an instructor in the plane as
they exit, and works their way up to
deploying their own parachute, after which
they will jump from full altitude
accompanied by an AFF instructor. A
student who performs flawlessly on every
level could be cleared to jump without an
instructor in as few as 8 jumps (4 IAD and
4 AFF). Then there are
some required coach jumps that cost $65 plus gear rental ($15). The first jump, including
ground training, costs $195.
Subsequent IAD jumps cost $80, and single
instructor AFF jumps cost $150.
Must be 18 or older.
